In the unlikely event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, or you'd like to exchange your item(s), please return back to us within 30 days of the arrival date to the following address:

IMPORTANT - Please make sure to also include your receipt along with a note to state the reason(s) for returning or in the event of an exchange, the full details of the item(s) you wish to exchange for. We will not be able to process your refund/exchange if these details are not present.

All items returned must be in EXACTLY the same condition as received including all tags/packaging, be unworn, unwashed and free from any scent such as perfume and/or smoke. The item(s) MUST be returned to us within 30 days of the arrival date in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

If the item(s) returned by you meet our above conditions, we will accept the item(s) and issue you with full refund minus any delivery costs. If after inspection the returned item(s) do not meet these conditions, it/they will not qualify for either a refund or an exchange and we will notify you of our decision. We reserve the right to refuse ANY item(s) for a refund or an exchange.

When returning items back to Little Black Cherry postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of you, the customer. When sending out an exchange, we will ask you to pay the additional shipping charge to cover the cost of posting the item to you. This would be the standard delivery charge assigned to your shipping zone, as stated here.
