Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse in our shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, choose shipping zone and click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for your name and shipping address that we'll need to satisfy your order.
You can also phone us with your order, and we'll be happy to assist you with your purchase and accommodate any special requirements.
If you wish to place your order by email, please send your order to sales@littleblackcherry.co.uk and we will contact you for the payment details.

I've chosen what I want, what next?
On every page in our shop, you will see a 'Checkout' link. When you are ready to complete your order, click on this link - this will take you to our Checkout page. Then you will have to choose shipping zone, please choose between United Kingdom, Europe or Worldwide if you live outside Europe. Click on 'Checkout' and you will be taken to our encrypted page where we ask for your Name, Delivery Address and Contact Details. At any time you can come out of Checkout page and return into our shop, simply click 'Continue Shopping'. All your items will be saved in the Shopping Cart.
How do I pay for my order?

The final part of our Checkout stage, after you have typed in your address, is to choose how you would like to pay for your order. You can either pay online with your credit / debit card using HSBC Secure ePayments - this platform requires 3D Secure Verification, or via Paypal, where you can pay using your Paypal account. Both of these platforms offer you the safe and convenient ways of paying for your order.
Once finished, you will get confirmation of your transaction, and will be able to return to our shop.
Are my Credit / Debit Card safe?

Yes, they are. For your peace of mind we use only recognised companies to process our customer's online payments. Our payment service provider HSBC Secure ePayments is trusted by thousands of companies and provide the safest means available today of shopping on the Internet. Our payment service provider process your payment and do their security checks before telling us your payment has been accepted. We do not store credit / debit card details in our system, they are automatically discarded after payment is complete. We are fully PCI compliant.
Can I pay by Cheque?
Yes, we do accept payments by cheque / postal order from UK customers only. Please make the cheque payable to 'Dream Accessories' and post to our address - Dream Accessories, 5 Egerton Place, Plymouth, PL4 9DE. Please print out your order details and put it together with the cheque, or simply write your order number on the back of the cheque.
We apologise, but we do not accept cheque payments from customers living outside UK.

Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes, we do ship to Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and most countries in Asia and South America. If you're not sure if we ship to your country, please contact us, or check the full list of countries LBC ships to by checkout.
Shipping

Items paid before 12 noon will be posted the same day. All items paid after 12 noon will be posted the next working day. We ship every working day Monday to Saturday.
We use Royal Mail 1st class Recorded within UK and Air Mail Overseas. We will keep you up to date with status of your order. After shipping you will receive confirmation of despatch and tracking number (UK orders). Delivery time depends on which country your order will be shipped to. Royal Mail 1st class usually takes 1 - 3 working days for delivery within UK. Airmail usually takes 5 - 9 working days for delivery to Europe and 9 - 14 working days to the Rest of the World. Please allow further 14 - 20 working days for the delivery before contacting us.

Will I Get My Order Next Day?
Yes, we do ship orders with Next Day Delivery (within UK only) - you can choose this option in your cart (UK Next Day Delivery) and it costs only £7.99. To receive Next Day Delivery place your order online / by phone before 1 pm. All orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped next working day for the delivery on the following day (Mon - Fri).
We do not ship with Next Day Delivery on Saturdays. All orders placed on Friday with Next Day Delivery will be delivered on Monday (excl. Bank Holidays).
Where Do I Buy LBC Products?
We are exclusively an online shop, and the products we sell are available only on this website. We do not sell in retail outlets on high street.
What Currency do You Use?
Payments are taken in GBP Sterling. If you're purchasing from outside UK, the GBP price will be converted to your own currency by your bank / card operator.
Custom Duties
Any purchase made on this website are governed by UK law, regardless of where the order was placed. Buyers from countries outside the EEC may be liable to pay import duties on items purchased in the UK depending on the item's destination. We have no control over any such duties levied. Import duties will vary from country to country and it is your responsibility to pay for such duties. If you are not sure how this affects you please contact your local custom office for further information before purchasing the item.
Returns and Refunds
You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a complete refund. All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition and still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer. Please ensure you don't wear deodorant or perfume or anything else that could leave a mark/scent when trying on the clothes.
We don't accept returns of items discounted at the time of purchase, ie. items bought using promotional code, items on offer, or items with discount activated in the cart. We sadly do not accept returns from smoking homes. Please note we do not accept the returns after 14 days from receipt.
Please allow time for your return to get to us. However once received we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
We are unable to refund the amount for the returned item once 14 days passed from the transaction. If you return your items after 14 days from transaction, we reserve the right to send the items back to you or either offer you credit note as form of refund.
You are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase. You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
If you need to return / exchange the item(s), please contact us with your request, and return the goods with a copy of the receipt. We are not able to deal with returns without prior communication from the buyer.
When returning an item(s) back to Little Black Cherry, P&P costs are the responsibility of the customer. When sending out your first exchange, the delivery charge is FREE. Any following exchanges will have a further P&P charge.
