We specialize in cute alternative clothing for girls and guys, Kitty Ears Hoodies, Indie T-Shirts, Skinny Jeans, Alternative Jewellery and more! Our passion is to bring you the cutest possible products to mix and match to get an awesome indie look!

We are a small family run company based in Essex. Occasionally we run amazing online competitions, giving you the chance to win an awesome Little Black Cherry Goodie Bag! All competitions are advertised on all major UK competition sites, as well as Facebook and Twitter.

We do our best to make your purchase secure and hassle free, and we're always looking for ways to improve our service and deliver a great shopping experience.
How do I shop at Little Black Cherry?

Shopping at Little Black Cherry could not be easier. Just browse our shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping bag. After you have finished your selection, click 'Checkout' at the top right of the site to be taken to your shopping bag contents. Choose the correct shipping zone from the dropdown list, click on the 'Checkout' button, and you will be taken to our secure checkout page where you can give us your details and pay for your order.

You can also phone us with your order, and we'll be happy to assist you with your purchase and accommodate any special requirements. If you wish to place your order by email, please send your order requirements to us and we will contact you for the payment details.

How do I pay for my order?



The final part of our Checkout stage, after you have entered your address, is to choose how you would like to pay for your order. You can pay via PayPal, where you can pay using your PayPal account (if you have one) or any credit or debit card. This platform offers you the most safe and convenient way of paying for your order.

Once finished, you will get confirmation of your transaction from us and you will be able to return to our shop.
Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. For your peace of mind we use only recognised companies to process our online payments. Our payment service provider PayPal is trusted by thousands of companies and provides the safest means available today of shopping on the internet. The payment service provider processes your payment and perform security checks before telling us your payment has been accepted.

We do not store credit or debit card details in our system, they are automatically discarded after payment is complete. We are fully PCI compliant.
Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, you can. We do accept payments with PayPal. Simply choose this payment method at the Checkout to be transferred to the secure PayPal site. You can then pay safely with your PayPal account, or directly with any credit or debit card. PayPal guarantees the safest and most convenient way to pay for your online purchases.
Can I pay by personal cheque?

Yes, we do accept payments by cheque from UK customers only. Place your order and contact us to let us know you wish to pay via cheque. Please make the cheque in GBP payable to GENTRADE and post to our address:

Please print out your order details and send it together with the cheque. We accept payments by cheque from UK customers only.

Can I order by phone?



Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service at the time being, but will be looking to introduce it in the very near future.
Why haven't I received an email regarding my order?

There are usually two reasons why you are not receiving email notifications. You may have submitted an outdated email address (or an address with a typo) with your order, or you may have a spam blocker filtering out emails from our system. In this instance simply email us from your current account to check on your order status. Also try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you.

Can I amend my order or add extra items after I have checked out?



Yes, you can amend your order details or add extra items after you have checked out and paid. We can do this for a limited time after the order is completed. If you would like to make any changes to your order, simply email or call us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll still be able to make changes for you.

Can I amend my order details or add extra items AFTER my order has been dispatched?



No, sorry, once your order has been dispatched it is on its way to you, and we are unable to add any extra items or amend your details.
Which currency do you use?

We use British Pounds (GBP) and all prices on our site are shown in this currency. If you would like to convert prices to Euros or US Dollars, please click the currency converter to change the display. Payments are also taken in GBP Sterling. If you are purchasing from outside the UK the GBP price will be converted to your own currency by your card processor.
I haven't received my order. What should I do next?

We dispatch all our orders within 24 hours to guarantee the fastest delivery possible. We are very sorry if your order hasn't arrived within our estimated delivery time. If your order is over 15 working days late please contact us, and we will investigate it further. We will also inform you how to resolve this matter. If your order has been lost, we will send you a replacement, issue a full refund, or supply you with a credit note. If your order is delayed we will advise you how long it will take to arrive.
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and most countries in Asia and South America. If you're not sure if we ship to your country, please contact us before placing your order.
Do you offer a next day delivery service?

We offer a next day delivery service within the UK only. You can choose this option at the shopping bag stage. To receive next day delivery you MUST place your order online/by phone before 1.00pm. All orders placed after 1.00pm will be shipped the next working day for delivery the day after that.

We do not ship with next day for delivery on Saturdays. All orders placed on Friday with next day delivery will be delivered on Monday (excl. Bank Holidays). If you need your items by the weekend we advise you to place your order by 1.00pm on Thursday. You will then receive your items on Friday.
I live outside the European Union. Will I pay custom duties?

Customers from countries outside the EU may be liable to pay custom duties on items purchased in the UK depending on the items destination. Any purchase made on this website are governed by UK law, regardless of where the order was placed. We have no control over any such duties levied. Import duties will vary from country to country and it is your responsibility to pay for such duties. If you are not sure how this affects you please contact your local custom office for further information before purchasing the item.
