Our standard UK delivery (to mainland United Kingdom addresses) is completely FREE for orders of £60 and over. Our delivery options and prices can be found in the table below. We ship every working day, Monday to Saturday. All our items are in stock unless otherwise stated and are shipped within 24 hours from purchase. 70% of orders are shipped the very same day, and we'll always do all we can to get your order to you quickly.
We use Royal Mail 1st class and 2nd class postage within the United Kingdom and Airmail for overseas customers. We will always keep you up to date with the status of your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with confirmation of dispatch and an estimated delivery date.
Delivery time depends on which country your order will be shipped to. Royal Mail 1st class usually takes 1-3 working days for delivery within the UK, although 90% of UK orders are delivered the next working day. Airmail usually takes 5-9 working days for delivery to Europe, and 10-15 working days to the rest of the world, but please allow plenty of time for your order to be delivered before contacting us to enquire to its whereabouts.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order once received, or if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, please return your order/item(s) to us within 30 days starting from the time of your transaction for a refund. All items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, and returned to us at this address:

Please also include your receipt with your name, address and order number when returning any items, and clearly state which items you are returning and for what reason, plus the item you wish to exchange it for. We will not be able to process your return if these details are not present.
If you need to return your item for an exchange, but can't wait till your item reaches us, simply email us with your request for a replacement item (including the name of the item, colour and size required) and we will send you a replacement item (if in stock) by express delivery. We will charge you for the replacement item, and refund the cost of the original item once it's returned back to us.
Your item needs to be in original condition to qualify for a refund or an exchange. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still in its original packaging. Where it is apparent that these guidelines have not been followed, we reserve the right to refuse returns of items. Please ensure you don't wear make up, deodorant or perfume, or anything else that could leave a mark or scent when trying on clothes. We don't accept returns of items discounted at the time of purchase, ie. items bought using a promotional code, items on offer, or items with discounts activated in the cart. We sadly do not accept returns from smoking homes.
We are unable to refund the amount for the returned items once 30 days has passed from the time of your transaction. If you return your items after 30 days we reserve the right to send the items back to you.
Please allow time for your returned item(s) to reach us. However, once received we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. You will also be notified by email with the status of your refund or exchange.
If the item(s) returned by you meet our conditions and can be returned to stock, we will accept the item(s) and issue you with full refund. We reserve the right to deduct the re-stocking charge - which will be advised at time of refund - at maximum 20% of the total cost.
If any returned items do not meet the conditions outlined above, and after inspection we decide they do not qualify for either a refund or an exchange, we will notify you of our decision. We reserve the right to refuse ANY items for a refund or an exchange.
When returning items back to Little Black Cherry postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of you, the customer. When sending out an exchange, we will ask you to pay the additional shipping charge to cover the cost of posting the item to you. This would be the standard delivery charge assigned to your shipping zone, as stated on our website. You are also strongly advised to obtain proof of posting when returning your item. We will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
